What is Yoga and Sound?
The association between Yoga and Sound has origins both in ancient tradition and recent scientific methodology. A Yoga practice incorporating sensitive combinations of posture, movement and breathwork is a mindful preparation for the experience of a Sound Bath. Sounds can be transformative, soothing and nurturing, generating a profound sense of peace and calm, both in Mind and Body.
These Yoga and Sound Events are held monthly at Well House Yoga Space near Harrogate.

What People Say
“I attended three Sound Baths & Yoga sessions with Claudia, which was amazing. These sessions, including Sound Therapy, helped with calming my nervous system and my pain, (from chronic fibromyalgia) reduced greatly.”
“ Restorative Yoga is great and Claudia pays much attention to ensuring we get the most from the session. The sound relaxation or sound bath is such a special treat. There is much thought and planning for each session, all put together with the most heavenly sounds. Altogether, it is so lovely and I always come away feeling truly relaxed. I usually sleep deeply and peacefully after these events.”
“True Yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your LIFE. Yoga is not to be performed; it is to be lived.Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; it cares about the person YOU are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called YOGA, it’s essence must be EMBODIED.”
