About Claudia

Claudia started from a robust platform of experience in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy.

Her career naturally evolved into Yoga, encompassing instruction from senior tutors, experienced over 18 years and including complimentary styles such as:

  • Iyenga
  • Hatha
  • Dru Yoga

Her knowledge of Pilates and Yoga is taught promoting safe posture modification and spans 20 years for both.

Claudia adopted Sound Therapy training in 2016, which is a versatile field of Energy Medicine, appreciating the strong connection between elements of Sound and Yoga. 
 
Claudia has a special interest in:

  • Breathwork
  • Energy and Emotional Balance
  • Pain Management
  • General Well-Being
Claudia’s classes are always delivered with passion, enthusiasm, energy and compassion. Listening and observation are key drivers in her success, as are sensitivity and clear instruction.
 
The classes enjoy a unique and bespoke teaching style, whilst Claudia continues to love continual personal development and study.
